  • What are the available shipping methods?

Islandwide doorstep delivery within 3-7 working days.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your orders within 3-7 working days. However, 90% of the orders are delivered within 3-4 working days and in Colombo 1-15, orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.


  • Is it possible to get my order delivered during weekends?

Most of our orders are delivered on weekdays during office hours (9.00AM to 5.30PM) and weekend orders are delivered depending on the availability of our courier partners. Therefore, if you need the order to be delivered specifically on a weekend, you can drop us an email to


  • What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Firstly, do not sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) document. If you have signed the POD, this technically means that you have checked and collected the order in good condition. Secondly, contact us immediately on +94 773 888 885 or send us an email to regarding the damage. Due to any reason if you were not able to get in touch with us at the time of delivery, please make a note on POD that you have collected the order but the item has been damaged and get the delivery agent to sign the document so that we can carry out our investigations.

  • Can I pay cash for installment plans?

Currently, installement plans are available for credit cards only. All relevant details are mentioned on the product page.


  • Can I use my debit card for installment plans?

Unfortunately, installement plans are available for credit cards only. You may contact your bank for more details.


  • How to pay through easy installments?

At the time of purchase, you need to have a credit balance equal to the full value of the item. Select “Installement” as your Payment Method on the payment page. Select your bank's EMI tenure and enter your card details. Input your OTP received through SMS or e-mail and place your order. It may take up to 10 working days to activate your EMI plan. Get in touch with your card issuing bank for more details.


  • Does my order automatically get processed as an easy installment plan?

Unless specified on the product page under your respective credit card issuing bank, you will be required to call the bank and convert your transaction into an instalment plan within 3 working days from the date of the transaction.

It’s easy! Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on Browns Deals, once you have found the particular product you want to buy, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the image of your desired item and click on "Add to Cart” and select options if available (colour and warranty type etc.) You can click on “Buy Now” and visit the checkout page straight away if you wish to buy only one product.


Step 2: If you wish to purchase more items, repeat the first step. If not, follow Step 3.


Step 3: - Once you have purchased all items, click “View Cart” to have a look at the selected items and make changes if required. You can also click on “Your Cart” (on the top right) at any time to check out your selected item (s). If you are happy with the items in your cart, proceed to next step.


Step 4: Click “Proceed to Checkout” (on the Cart page or on the top left). If you are happy with your selection, continue to Step 5.

Step 5: Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ (on the Cart Page or on the top left)


Step 6: You can automatically register with your Facebook, Google, Yahoo or Twitter account once you visit the Checkout page. Alternatively, you can add your username and password in the required fields on the Checkout page.


Step 7: Enter or select all required information (listed below) on the Checkout page.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, inform us via email ( Cancellation charges may apply. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for more details.


  • • Do I need to have an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to have an account to place an order online. This can be easily created on the Checkout page by simply entering the relevant username and password. You may also click on the Login/Register button on the top right of your browser window and input the required details to create an account.


  • How can I return an item?

We do not accept any returns except for the cases mentioned under our Terms & Conditions. You may visit the Terms & Conditions page for more information.


  • Can I collect my order from the store?

No. Your order will be delivered to the address provided in your order details.



  • What are the current offers?

  • What type of warranties are provided?


All applicable warranties are issued by authorised agents/companies. Almost all our items come with a warranty period ranging from 6 months, 1 year to 5 years, depending on the product type. Warranties cover manufacturing defects only, unless specified differently on the product page.



  • How to claim a warranty?


When a product is sold on Browns Deals, the customer will receive the company or seller warranty along with the product (when applicable). We advise to directly communicate with the company or seller if you have any questions regarding the item(s). The terms and conditions of the warranties are beyond our (Browns Deals) control and it is your choice whether to use such warranties. Where applicable the time period and/or details of such warranty will be shown on our website.
